Press House - was the tallest building in Bucharest by 2007.

Arcul de Triomphe - Arc de Triomphe was built between 1921-1922 in memory of World War victories.

Victoria Palace - was built in 1937 and is the headquarters of the Romanian Government.

Calea Victoriei - was the first road in Bucharest. In the past, the street was paved with tree trunks and was named Wood
Road.

Palace of Parliament – Also known as People House is Ceausescu’s biggest legacy. According to Guinness World Records Palace of Parliament is the largest administrative building for civilian use as the surface of the world's, most expensive office building in the world and the heaviest building in the world.

George Enescu Museum - Cantacuzino Palace - George Enescu Museum is one of the most beautiful buildings in Bucharest, dating from 1903.

Athenaeum - is a symbol of Bucharest and the largest concert hall in Romania

National Central Library - building dates from 1895 and was built at the request of King Charles I.

The Royal Palace - was the permanent residence of the royal family until 1947, the following year was transformed into a museum

National Military Building - construction was completed in 1912 in the French neoclassical style. Currently hosting the central institution of the Roman Army culture, of the cultural-educational, artistic, recreational and protocol
